Part One
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hydration & Health LLC (“Hydration & Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, contact us, book an appointment, or receive our mobile IV therapy and related wellness services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our site:
- Contact & booking details — your name, mobile phone number, email address, service location, and the information you submit through our booking or intake forms.
- Appointment & service information — the services you request, scheduling details, and communications between you and our team.
- Health-related information — basic intake information you choose to share so our clinicians can provide care safely. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to deliver and document your care.
- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment and scheduling providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Automatically collected data — device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and tags (such as Google Analytics and advertising conversion tags).
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, deliver, and follow up on your appointments and services.
- To contact you about your booking by phone, email, or text message.
- To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates (transactional messages).
- To send you promotions, offers, membership news, and other marketing messages where you have consented (marketing messages).
- To process payments and maintain business and clinical records.
- To improve our website, measure advertising performance, and understand how visitors use our site.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations.
SMS / text messaging program & consent
Hydration & Health LLC offers text (SMS/MMS) messaging so we can communicate with you about your care and, where you opt in, send you marketing and promotional messages. This section describes that program and your choices.
By providing your mobile number on our booking form, intake form, or verbally to our staff, and opting in to text messaging, you consent to receive both transactional and marketing text messages from Hydration & Health LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automated system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing texts in order to book or receive any service from us.
Types of messages you may receive
- Transactional / appointment messages — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, arrival notifications, and care follow-ups.
- Marketing / promotional messages — offers, seasonal promotions, membership updates, and news about our services (only if you have opted in to marketing).
How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website (such as our booking or contact form) and agreeing to be contacted by text, or by providing your number and verbal consent to our staff. Where required, marketing consent is collected through a separate, clearly labeled checkbox or statement that is not pre-checked.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book or have an upcoming appointment). For marketing messages, you can expect recurring messages on a periodic basis.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hydration & Health LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at mobileivmia@gmail.com or (561) 814-6320.
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is never shared for third-party marketing. No mobile information (including your phone number and consent to be contacted by text) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the vendors that help us operate our text messaging and scheduling services, and only to provide those services to you.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and provide your care:
- Service providers — scheduling and intake software, our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform, payment processors, email providers, and analytics/advertising vendors, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
As noted above, text-messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may use Google Analytics and advertising conversion tags; you can opt out of certain Google advertising features through Google’s ad settings.
Your privacy rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights:
- Text messages — reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us.
- Other requests — email mobileivmia@gmail.com or call (561) 814-6320, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention & security
We retain personal and clinical information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, and meet legal and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Services for minors are arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
